This post was originally published on January 7, 2022, and is part of the Five Minute Friday blog link-up. Where I join up with a community of writers and bloggers of all ages and stages who gather around a single word prompt to free-write, unscripted, unedited, for five minutes. This week the Prompt is {IMPORTANT}

Please reflect upon these 10 important messages God provides for us to remember. Of course, Scripture is filled from beginning to end with important life lessons. I just chose to reflect upon a few here.

—Love God; he is your most important relationship.

—Instead of power, pursue purpose.

—There is restoration for worry. Philippians 4:6-7

—Follow the golden rule. Matthew7:12

—Forgive others. Matthew 6:15

—Speak good words.

—Ask God for forgiveness.

—Jesus is the Messiah.

—Repentance of sins is imperative.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.

Proverbs 3:5-6
