For the past eight weeks, I have been out of order. Why you ask? It began with a fall, breaking my wrist, and several cracks in my foot (but not breaks).

At first, being out of order was chaotic. The hardest part was not having to adapt to my surroundings, home, and dog and finding new ways to do things with a cast and boot.

The hardest part of being out of order was not being able to share Jesus on my blog. It was tough to type one-handed.

While Satan thought he could use this opportunity against my God and me. The complete opposite happened.

I used this opportunity of being out of order to practice my one-word 2021. Selah—pause and reflect.

I love to be porch people in the summer, and that I got to do. I read, did some Bible study, read articles online, listened to K-Love, and praised and worshiped God.

I went to a couple of picnics and fellowshipped about the Lord with a few friends. I paused and reflected on God\’s creation and our good good Father. I also continued to read and comment on others\’ writings.

All in all, what started as me being out of order was God re-ordering.
