We’re talking perfectly tender pork, a golden, crispy breading, and a flavor that sings with deliciousness. Ingredients
2 | Thin boneless pork cutlets |
1 | Tsp Paprika |
1 | Cup Flour |
1 | Cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs |
1 | Egg |
2 | Tbsp Vegetable oil |
Salt & Pepper to taste |
Utensils
- Meat pounder
- Measuring cups
- Skillet
- Shallow bowls or dishes
- Spatula & Fork
- Cutting board
Steps of preparation
- On cutting board, pound thin the pork cutlets.
- Prepare your breading station, using shallow dishes prepare one with flour, one with egg, and one with seasoned bread crumbs and paprika.
- Heat 2 Tbsp vegetable oil in skillet
- Once heated, coat each cutlet in the flour first, then egg, then the breadcrumb paprika, turn heat down on skillet and add the cutlets.
- Fry about 3-4 mins on each side, until your desired crispiness is achieved. Turn with spatula or fork. ( I like mine light/medium)
- Remove from skillet and serve with your desired side, ( I served mine with sauerkraut). Salt & pepper to taste.
