This post is part of the Five Minute Friday blog link-up. Where I join up with a community of writers and bloggers of all ages and stages who gather around a single-word prompt to free-write, unscripted, unedited, for five minutes. This week\’s word prompt is {{Follow}}

Follow me, Jesus said, And I
will make you fishers of men.
Follow me, and I will give you
life, A life that is full and abundant.

Follow me, and I will show you the
way, The way to truth and love and
peace. Follow me, and I will lead
you home, To a place where there
is no more pain or suffering.

So follow me, my friends, And
let us journey together, On
the road to salvation. Let us
walk in the light, And let us
love one another, As Christ
has loved us.

Let us be his hands and feet,
His voice and his heart, To a
world that is lost and hurting.

Let us follow him, And let us
make him known.
