Dear Father, my day is done, and it\’s time to rest. My thoughts dart aimlessly, and my body is restless. I need help with {{insert need here}}. I pray that you wash over me with your peaceful slumber. The peace that only you can give lifts my troubles and soothes my soul. Thank you for guarding my heart, quieting my mind and keeping me safe and sound.
