\”All this is for your benefit, so that the grace that is reaching more and more people may cause thanksgiving to overflow to the glory of God.\”  2 Corinthians 4:15 NIV

There seems to be plenty of ways to show gratitude in our life. Acknowledging, embracing, and expressing gratitude are so important.

But what about if you get stuck? I know sometimes I do.

I\’d like to expand on that to give you a better look and helpful tips to help you move forward with gratitude.

Take a Gratitude Walk

Going for a walk is a great way to relieve stress and gain a new aspect of things. It offers several advantages both for your mind and body.

You leave your usual environment, get out in the fresh air and move away from distractions. During this particular stroll, pay special attention to the things you encounter along the way. Take in the awesomeness of God\’s creations. It\’s a great way to focus on gratitude.

You\’ll uncover plenty to be thankful for during your walk.
